Discover the temptation of chillingly delicious dessert wine

Later-harvested, more concentrated grapes are used to produce dessert wines. The combination with the rich flavor of dark chocolate is a sensory experience in and of itself. The BLUE NUN brand of wine is quite old in Germany. It has a long history of producing high-quality wines, thus its vino has spread far and wide. The company has built a legendary brand. Hermann Sichel began his wine business in Mainz in 1857. In 1921, H. Sichel Söhne was the place where the Brand BLUE NUN was born, when it was decided to give the exceptional wine produced in that year a new label with the name BLUE NUN. This label was quickly recognized for its excellence and featured on the menus of Michelin-starred establishments in London and elsewhere. It was quite unusual for so many of the same brand to be sold in the early 1930s, yet at least a thousand boxes were sent to the UK. This wine has maintained its worldwide popularity up to the present day. In 1995, Sichel and Langguth formed a partnership to start the firm now known as BLUE NUN. The goal is to produce excellent wine. The most cutting-edge methods are constantly used to improve this wine. The wine has aged well, becoming drier while also taking on a little crisper flavor. BLUE NUN has earned the designation “Qualitätswein” because to the dedication of its winemakers to a never-ending quest for improvement.
